At EaseMyLiving, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal information. This policy sets out how we collect, use, and disclose your information when processing payment refunds.
In the event of a payment failure, we will refund the debited amount to your account within 7 working days. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Bookings cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from the time of booking. If you cancel within 12 hours, you are eligible for a refund of 95% of the total amount paid.
